The service life, working reliability and economy of use of Electric Car depend to a large extent on the running-in period. During the running-in period, Electric Car should be driven at a relatively low speed and should not be fully loaded. The main purpose of running-in is to make every component of the Oil Electric Hybrid Sedan fit better, which can improve the quality and accuracy of the Oil Electric Hybrid Sedan in the future. And can avoid vehicle wear and tear. In the early stages of using Electric Car, we should do the following.

1. During use, avoid rapid starts, rapid acceleration, and unnecessary emergency braking; when restarting, start and accelerate slowly. The initial use speed should be controlled within 20Km/h; if the mileage of the Oil Electric Hybrid Sedan when used for the first time is less than 60% of the rated driving range, please stop using the vehicle and contact the manufacturer's after-sales department as soon as possible.
2. Frequently check whether the battery, electronic control, and motor connecting wires are hot and loose; frequently check the temperature of the reducer, rear axle, wheel hub, and brake drum. If there is overheating (greater than 60°C), check and troubleshoot. During this period, the battery cannot be deeply discharged, which will cause greater damage to the battery.
When the running-in mileage reaches 500km, check the stability of the steering system, front suspension and wheel nuts, and tighten them if necessary. Check the brake system pipelines for leaks. If found, eliminate them in time. After the running-in period, the user must replace the transmission. lubricating oil and rear axle gear oil.
3. There will be a certain distance from the start of braking to reduce the vehicle speed until the vehicle stops. The braking distance of the Oil Electric Hybrid Sedan will increase as the vehicle speed increases. Water entering the brake may cause the braking performance to decrease. In this case, the brake pedal should be repeatedly pressed lightly while driving at low speed to dry the brake. After driving through deep mud, sand or other contaminated environments, brake discs and pads should be cleaned to avoid excessive wear on the brakes. Try to avoid emergency braking while driving.
