When it comes to the structure of a fuel vehicle, many people can tell a thing or two, such as the engine, chassis and drive shaft, etc. As for Electric Car, we all know that there are batteries, motors, electric controls and high-voltage distribution boxes, etc. But it seems a bit vague to say something in detail. The following editor briefly introduces the structure of Electric Car and its possible structural forms. I hope it will be helpful for everyone to understand Electric Car.

It meets the structural requirements that only Electric Car can have, and has the veritable flexibility of electric drive.
The concept of the electric drive system of a modern Electric Car is shown in Figure 2 below. The electric drive system consists of three main subsystems:
1. Motor drive
2. Energy
3. Auxiliary subsystem
That is what we commonly call motor, battery and electronic control.
The motor drive system consists of a vehicle controller, power electronic converter, electric motor, mechanical transmission and drive wheels.
The energy system includes energy, energy management unit and energy fuel supply unit.
The auxiliary subsystem consists of the power control unit, the interior climate control unit and the auxiliary power supply.
Based on control inputs from the accelerator and control pedals, the vehicle controller gives the correct control signals to the power electronic converter, which performs the function of controlling the power flow between the electric motor and the energy source. The reverse power flow resulting from Oil Electric Hybrid Sedan, and the fact that this regenerative energy can be stored in the energy source, constitutes an energy source capable of receiving energy. Oil Electric Hybrid Sedan, ultracapacitor packs, and flywheel packs are readily available with the ability to accept regenerative energy. The energy management unit cooperates with the vehicle controller to control regenerative braking and its energy recovery. It also controls the fuel supply unit together with the energy fuel supply unit and monitors the performance of energy use. Auxiliary power supplies are all EV auxiliary equipment, especially in-vehicle climate control and power control units, providing the required power at different voltage levels.
