The Electric Car hub motor reversed. After changing the bearing of a hub motor, it was found that the wheel did not rotate.
After changing the line, it can be reversed and the reversal is normal, but after connecting it to forward rotation, there is an abnormal sound and the speed is obviously slow. The motor has three thick wires (yellow, green, and blue) and five thin wires (red, black, yellow, green, and blue).
There are two reasons for the reversal of the Electric Sedan Car motor: the motor phase line is connected in reverse or the controller is broken. It is recommended to reverse the motor phase line first, that is, the three thick wires are generally not broken.
Connect the three motor wires according to the color, and the five thin wires. If the colors are the same, then just connect them according to the color. If they are different, then except for red and black, they cannot be changed, and the others can be swapped and tried.
